At RAPP we where briefed by Virgin Media to promote the upcoming launch of the new iPhone, but we where not allowed to refer to it as iPhone, or use the Apple brand in any way. We came up with the idea for a viral campaign based on outrageous rumours about the new device, #phonerumours. Then played these off against the fact that Virgin would have it available on the most flexible tariffs, #phonefacts.
